Ingredients
- Beef steak – 300 g (medium cooked)
- Fresh coriander (cilantro) – 30 g, chopped
- Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic – 15 g, grated
- Lime zest – from 1 whole lime
- Lime juice – from 1 whole lime
- Fresh jalapeño – 1, minced
- Corn tortillas – about 10 small
- Salt – to taste (for seasoning the beef beforehand)

- Sliced avocado
- Chopped tomato
- Chopped onion
- Pickled jalapeños
- Hot sauce
Instructions
- Season the beef
- Salt the beef steak ahead of time to allow the salt to penetrate (about 15–30 minutes before cooking).
- Prepare the filling
- In a bowl, mix the chopped coriander, cumin powder, olive oil, soy sauce, grated garlic, lime zest, lime juice, and minced jalapeño.
- Stir well until evenly combined. This will be your fresh coriander-lime sauce.
- Cook the beef
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef steak to your preferred doneness (medium recommended).
- Let it rest briefly, then slice into thin strips.
